Direct Solicitation

Section 1120 Section 1120.1580  Direct Solicitation In addition to giving notice in the Bulletin, the IOC may directly contact prospective vendors.  Direct solicitation may be oral or in writing, but care should be taken to ensure that all vendors solicited in this manner receive the same information.  When making direct solicitations, at least three vendors should be contacted.  No direct solicitation shall be made prior to the date any required notice first appears in the Bulletin.
