Subcontractors

Section 1300.2580  Subcontractors All competitive sealed proposals, including proposals for professional and artistic services, shall include a provision to require each offeror to identify, either in its proposal or prior to award, the identity of the subcontractors that will be used in the performance of the contract and the general type of work to be performed by these subcontractors, as well as the amounts expected to be paid to each subcontractor.
