Vendor List

Section 1 Section 1.2044  Vendor List Each State agency may maintain a list of vendors who have expressed interest in contracting with the State.  This list may be used to solicit for small purchases and emergency procurements, as well as to supplement Bulletin notices. Inclusion in any State agency-maintained vendor list shall not be a requirement to be considered for future contracting opportunities.
