Section 1 Section 1.4530  Correctional Industries The CPO-GS shall distribute to each SPO and State agency the list of items that must be purchased from Illinois Correctional Industries (ICI), as determined by the CPO-GS. Procurement from ICI may be made without prior notice or competition.
