Subcontractors

Section 1120.2580  Subcontractors All competitive sealed proposals, including proposals for professional and artistic services, shall include a provision to require each offeror to identify, in its proposal or prior to award, the identity of each subcontractor that will be used in the performance of the contract, as well as the amounts expected to be paid to each subcontractor.
