Section 1120 Section 1120.3005  Construction and Construction-Related Professional Services Construction and Construction-Related Professional Services shall be procured by the CPO in accordance with the State Comptroller Act [15 ILCS 405/2] under rules promulgated by the Capital Development Board (44 Ill. Adm. Code 910).
