Section 1120 Section 1120.4530  Correctional Industries a)         The CPO shall refer to the listing maintained by DCMS of the goods or services available and mandatorily purchased from the Department of Corrections. b)         Those items that must be purchased from Corrections may not be procured from any other source without the express written authorization of the CPO. c)         The CPO may procure from Corrections without seeking competition or giving public notice.
