Section 1120 Section 1120.5030  Revolving Door The CPO shall identify in writing his or her designees whose job, or whose position description, is at least 51% directly related to State procurement. The following activities are directly related to State procurement: drafting specifications, preparing IFBs and RFPs, evaluating responses to IFBs and RFPs, negotiating contracts and supervising any of the foregoing.  The CPO shall maintain a record of the designees for at least two years following the end or revocation of the designation.
