Illinois Procurement Code

Section 1120 Section 1120.8  Illinois Procurement Code Articles 1, 15, 20, 25, 30, 33, 35, 40, 43, 45, 50 and 53 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/Arts. 1, 15, 20, 25, 30, 33, 35, 40, 43, 45, 50 and 53] (the Code) will be referenced in this Part.  The Office of the Comptroller shall procure its needs in a manner substantially in accordance with the requirements of the Code. [30 ILCS 500/1-30(a)]  For purposes of this Part, any reference in the Code or this Part to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) means the employee appointed by the Comptroller to serve in that capacity.
