Direct Solicitation

Section 1300 Section 1300.1580  Direct Solicitation In addition to giving notice in the Bulletin, the OAG may directly contact prospective vendors.  Direct solicitation may be oral or in writing, but care will be taken to ensure that all vendors solicited in this manner receive the same information.  When making direct solicitations, at least three vendors will be contacted.
