Supply Management and Dispositions

Section 1300 Section 1300.6010  Supply Management and Dispositions a)         Inventory Management Supplies shall be ordered so as to maintain the minimum inventory commensurate with ability to meet agency needs.  In no event shall more than a 12-month supply be maintained in inventory.  This 12-month inventory does not apply to mechanical spare parts or when a greater quantity is needed to meet minimum order quantities. b)         Annual Inventory All warehouses and similar storage areas shall be inventoried at least annually. c)         Report of Supplies The CPO shall be notified, at such times as that officer may prescribe, of all supplies in excess of 12-month supply.
