Section 1300.6500 General
In an effort to make the
procurement process more efficient, the State and other governmental units may
agree to utilize each other's procurement contracts. Agreements between State
agencies with procurement authority and other governmental units with taxing
authority are governed by this Part and the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act
[30 ILCS 525].
