Government Furnished Property

Section 1300 Section 1300.7010  Government Furnished Property If the OAG provides any property to the vendor in furtherance of the contract, such property shall remain the property of the State but may be consumed by the vendor if necessary to complete the contract.  Vendor will issue a receipt for the property and will be responsible for its safekeeping and return of unused property to the State.
