paper
purchased
for use by
the Treasurer's office
must be recyclable paper unless
recyclable
paper
cannot be used to meet the requirements of
the
Treasurer's office. [30 ILCS 500/45-25]. The Treasurer's office will determine
its paper requirements to allow the use of recyclable paper whenever practicable.
