Section 1.3  Authority This Part is promulgated by the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS) in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Procurement Code (the Code) [30 ILCS 500].  This Part may be amended in accordance with the Code and the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/5].
