Section 460 Section 460.265  Maintaining Books and Records A buyers club engages in an unfair or deceptive act or practice if it: a)         Fails to maintain a record of each buyers club contract for a period of 3 years following the expiration of the contract. b)         Fails to maintain a record of each club merchandise order for a period of 1 year following the disposition of the club merchandise order.
