Purchase Option

Section 500 Section 500.1040  Purchase Option Initial leases of all space in entire, free-standing buildings shall include an option to purchase exercisable by the OAG, unless the CPO determines that inclusion of a purchase option is not in the OAG's best interest and makes that determination in writing along with the reasons for making that determination.  The determination shall be published in the Auditor General Bulletin.  Leases from governmental units and not-for-profit entities are exempt from the requirements of this Section.
