Section 2000 Section 2000.4530  Correctional Industries a)         The SPO shall refer to the listing of the supplies or services available from the Department of Corrections and shall identify those that must be purchased from Corrections. b)         Those items that must be purchased from Corrections may not be procured from any other source without the express written authorization of the SPO. c)         Procurement Officers may procure from Corrections without seeking competition or giving public notice.
