Sale of EDP Equipment

Section 5010 Section 5010.1230  Sale of EDP Equipment a)         Agencies authorized to dispose of EDP equipment may enter into contracts for the sale of the equipment. b)         The Department of Central Management Services shall negotiate sales contracts for agencies not authorized to dispose of EDP equipment.
