Section 2600.900  Procurement Preferences The procurement preferences identified in Article 45 of the Procurement Code shall be considered in developing procurement documents, conducting evaluations and drafting contracts.  Subsequent Sections of this Subpart M identify conditions for the use of certain of the statutory preferences.
