Sale of Transferable Equipment to Illinois Priority Agencies

Section 5010.670  Sale of Transferable Equipment to Illinois Priority Agencies a)         All transferable equipment that is offered for sale shall be offered: 1)         first, to Illinois Priority Agencies; and 2)         then, to other buyers. b)         Equipment shall be sold to Illinois Priority Agencies at its appraised value. c)         Sales shall be made on a "first come, first served" basis.  "Tie" requests will be awarded based on the intended use of the property and the ability of the Illinois Priority Agencies to obtain the property elsewhere.
