Section 5010.740 Public Sale
of Transferable Equipment
In the event that an item of
transferable equipment cannot be disposed of by transfer to a State agency or
by sale to a unit of local government in Illinois, Illinois school districts,
and not-for-profit educational, charitable and public health organizations, the
equipment shall be offered for sale to the general public.
