Terms of Sales

Section 5010.980  Terms of Sales a)         All scrap shall be sold by bid. b)         Agencies may conduct the sale by sealed bid or by public auction. c)         The selling agency is responsible for notifying the winning bidder. d)         The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. e)         The State reserves the right to waive all formalities in the bidding process. f)         All sales shall be conducted in accordance with the CPO-GS Procurement Rules (44 Ill. Adm. Code 1).
