Section 5020 Section 5020.420  Restrictions on Surplus Property Other Than Motor Vehicles Surplus property, other than motor vehicles, having an acquisition cost of $5,000 or more is subject to restrictions on its use, transfer and disposal for eighteen months from the date the property is placed in service 41 CFR 102-37.130 through 515 (2023).
