Rent Without Occupancy

Section 526 Section 4.4035  Rent Without Occupancy Except when deemed by the PPB to be in the best interest of the university, no university may incur rental obligations before having occupancy or possession of the space rented.  For the purposes of this Section, the terms "occupancy" and "possession" shall have the same meaning.
