Historic Area Preference

Section 4.4042  Historic Area Preference State agencies with responsibilities for leasing, acquiring or maintaining State facilities shall take all reasonable steps to minimize any regulations, policies and procedures that impede the goals of Section 17 of the Capital Development Board Act [20 ILCS 3105].
