Procurement Preferences

Section 4.4505  Procurement Preferences The procurement preferences identified in Article 45 of the Code must be considered in developing procurement documents, conducting evaluations and drafting contracts.  The Bulletin and solicitation document shall state whether a preference applies or may apply and the amount or type of preference. In the event multiple preferences are applicable, the order preferences shall be applied will be determined by lot.
