Recyclable Supplies (Paper)

Section 4.4525  Recyclable Supplies (Paper) All paper supplies purchased for use by universities must be recyclable paper unless a recyclable substitute cannot be used to meet the requirements of the universities or would constitute an undue economic or practical hardship .  [30 ILCS 500/45-25]  Universities shall make this determination and shall include this determination in the procurement file.
