Section 4.5080 Sexual Harassment Policy
Every bidder, offeror, potential contractor, contractor or
subcontractor shall have a sexual harassment policy in accordance with Section
2-105(A)(4) of the Illinois Human Rights Act. A copy of the policy shall be
available to the CPO-HE or the university upon request.
