Section 475 Section 475.240  Photographs and Illustrations It is an unfair or deceptive act to use, in any advertising, inaccurate photographs or illustrations when describing specific automobiles; for example, advertising a fully-loaded car when the advertisement actually refers to a minimally-equipped automobile in text.
