Section 475 Section 475.640  Advertisement of Credit Terms It is an unfair or deceptive act to advertise credit using the terms "bank rates", "bank financing" or words of like import unless it is a bank, banking association or trust company authorized to do business under the laws of Illinois or of the United States.
