Sealed Bids
Except for those circumstances
and methods described in Sections 6.90, 6.100, 6.110, 6.120, and 6.122, all
Department contracts will be procured by competitive sealed bidding in
accordance with Section 20-10 of the Code and this Part. (See Section 20-5 of
the Code.)
