Severability

Section 260 Section  260.111  Severability If any clause, sentence, subsection, Section or Subpart of this Part shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, subsection, Section, and Subpart thereof as to which such judgment is rendered.
