Section 302.105  Applications, Forms and Procedures a)         The Authority may prepare, use, prescribe, supplement and amend forms, including application forms as may be necessary to implement any HAF program. b)         The Authority may accept applications for any HAF program in one or more rounds of funding. c)         Nothing in this Part shall be construed as precluding the Authority from capping or setting a limit on the amount of HAF program payments made on behalf of any single Eligible Homeowner.
