Fees and Charges of the Authority

Section 310 Section 310.108  Fees and Charges of the Authority In connection with the Program, the Authority may establish and collect such fees and charges as may be necessary. Such fees and charges may be used by the Authority for its general corporate purposes, including costs of administering the Program.
