Government Furnished Property

Section 8.7010  Government Furnished Property If the State provides any property to the vendor in furtherance of the contract, the property shall remain the property of the State, but may be consumed by the vendor if necessary to complete the contract.  Vendor will issue a receipt for the property and will be responsible for its safekeeping and for return of unconsumed property to the State.
