Transfer of Agency Affordable Housing Tax Credit Ceiling

Section 355 Section 355.202  Transfer of Agency Affordable Housing Tax Credit Ceiling After March 1 of a State fiscal year, an Agency may transfer all or a portion of its Agency Affordable Housing Tax Credit Ceiling for that State fiscal year to another Agency.
