Technical Assistance – Home Ownership Counseling

Section 355.408  Technical Assistance – Home Ownership Counseling An Agency may allocate Affordable Housing Tax Credits for Technical Assistance for Donations to entities that provide home ownership counseling services.  The Allocations may be in connection with the purchase of a Single Family Residence or an Employer-Assisted Housing Project; however, all Allocations for Technical Assistance in connection with a particular Affordable Housing Project shall be pursuant to Section 355.407 of this Part. All such home ownership counseling services shall be provided to Households that qualify as Low-Income Households or, in the case of Employer-Assisted Housing Projects, Moderate-Income Households as of the date of the provision of the services.
