Section 980 Section 980.170  Department of Professional Regulation Action a)         Firms prequalified with CDB shall notify CDB in writing within 10 working days when the Department of Professional Regulation initiates proceedings to refuse to renew, suspend or revoke the registration or license of any individual or firm, or to impose any other disciplinary sanction. b)         Upon notification, prequalification will be reviewed and appropriate action taken under Subpart B.  In addition, if it is found that notice was not provided as required, CDB may take action under Subpart B.
