Section 980 Section 980.400  General Suspension, debarment, nullification of prequalification, modification of prequalification, issuance of conditional prequalification, or denial of prequalification by CDB is applicable to an A/E's direct contracts with CDB and any consultant subcontracts on other contracts on CDB projects, unless CDB determines otherwise in writing.
