Section 980.460 Effect on
Current Contracts
Current CDB contracts may be
terminated when an A/E is determined to be non-responsible and it is in the
public interest to do so, whether or not the non-responsibility has a direct
connection with the current contract. Contracts may be terminated with or
without further action on the A/E's prequalification.
