Maintenance

Section 360 Section 360.803  Maintenance The Recipient shall maintain the Development or Single-Family Development, or cause the Development or Single-Family Development to be maintained, including without limitation, the dwelling units, commercial facilities, and grounds and equipment related to the Development or Single-Family Development, in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition, in a tenantable and rentable state of repair, and in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, regulations, ordinances, standards and codes.
