Site and Market Study

Section 365 Section 365.302  Site and Market Study The Authority shall conduct or cause to be conducted at the Applicant's expense a site study and a market study when an Applicant seeks a Loan.  The provisions of this Section shall not relieve the Owner of its responsibility to provide a marketing and management plan as provided in Section 365.1101 of this Part.
