Section 365 Section 365.506  Furnishing Information The Owner shall furnish such reports, projections, certifications, analyses, budgets, operating reports and tax returns as are required by the Authority or by applicable Federal or State statutes, regulations or subsidy or assistance programs, and shall furnish specific answers to the Authority's questions about the Owner's income, assets, liabilities, and contracts and, if applicable, about the administration, operation, maintenance, occupancy, financial soundness, and physical condition of the Development.
