Grant Agreement

Section 368 Section 368.205  Grant Agreement Upon the approval of an Application, the Authority and the Applicant shall enter into a Grant Agreement.  Upon entering the agreement, the Qualified Builder will have up to one year to complete the construction of the Spec Home.
