Amendment

Section 369.106  Amendment This Part may be supplemented, amended or repealed in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100], by the Members from time to time and in such manner as they may determine consistent with the Rules, the Act and other applicable provisions of law. This Part shall not constitute or create any contractual rights.
