Compliance with Federal and State Law

Section 378.104  Compliance with Federal and State Law Notwithstanding anything in this Part to the contrary, this Part shall be construed in conformity and compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to the ERA1 award terms, any ERA1 Grant Agreement, the ERA2 award terms, any ERA2 Grant Agreement and the Uniform Guidance.
