HSS Provider Eligibility

Section 378.403  HSS Provider Eligibility HSS Providers may be HUD approved counseling agencies, community or faith based organizations, non-profit organizations, including legal assistance groups, and such other community organizations that specialize in housing or community outreach and engagement and such other organizations to the extent permitted by applicable law.
