Tenant Selection Plan

Section 380.312  Tenant Selection Plan Landlords and Developers must submit to the funding LAA or Agency, as applicable, a Tenant Selection Plan acceptable to the LAA or Agency.  All Tenant Selection Plans shall be made available to the general public for inspection.
