Service Area for Multiple Geographic Areas

Section 380.404  Service Area for Multiple Geographic Areas If an Applicant designates a Service Area that includes areas in more than one Geographic Area, the Applicant must submit a separate Application for that portion of the proposed Service Area in each Geographic Area; provided, however, that for such Applications, if the Authority charges an Application Fee, the Authority may charge only one Application fee.
